The System Engineer is responsible for all onsite and remote support needs for our clients. Responsible for installations and maintenance of Local Area Networks and Wide Area Networks for various clients. This relates to all technology including switches, routers, firewalls, servers, workstations, and printers.


Responsibilities Include:

*Installation and support services for Microsoft related technologies such as Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, and SharePoint *Support at the network level of WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security *Remote access solution implementation and support for VPN, Citrix, VMware, and Terminal Services *Perform over the phone diagnostics and on-site maintenance for problem resolution *Assist clients in the technical aspects of technology plans in the areas of hardware and communications *Assist with training clients on new systems and related software *Interaction with communications link providers and any vendor that comes in connect with the client's network *Documentation and follow up on all matters *Review IT publications and online materials to remain up-to-date with current and future technologies emerging in the industry *Perform other tasks as assigned.

  • You must be able to provide 3 or more references from past employers who will vouch for your work Ethic, experience and integrity.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly Organized, punctual, reliable and be able to work in a fast paced environment MCSE helpful
